| Summary of Issue | A 1990 Ford straight truck was retrofitted with a 2005 Freightliner Glider Kit. The glider kit included truck frame and cab and body components. Now the vehicle is a truck tractor instead of a straight truck. The vehicle was not retrofitted with ABS. |
| Justification or Need | When this retrofitted truck was registered, it was registered as a 2005 Freightliner. With the registration showing a 2005, ABS should be required, however it was not retrofitted with the ABS. The brake components on the vehicle are from the original 1990 Ford. |
