| Summary of Issue | The following fed violation codes cannot be assigned to an intermodal chassis (IC) within ASPEN/SafteyNet. Each one of these would clearly be the responsibility of the IEP, but without being able to assign to the IEP so inspectors could assign said violation to the driver or unit #1. If this happens, then it most likely would result in a DataQ from the carrier requesting the violation to be assigned to the IEP, which increases the DataQ load unnecessarily. 393.11LR Retroreflective sheeting 393.11N Retroreflective sheeting 393.11RT Retroreflective sheeting 393.13B Retroreflective sheeting 393.13C1 Retroreflective sheeting 393.13C2 Retroreflective sheeting 393.13C3 Retroreflective sheeting 393.13D1 Retroreflective sheeting 393.13D2 Retroreflective sheeting 393.13D3 Retroreflective sheeting 393.47B Brake chambers 393.47D Linings and pads 393.50A Reservoirs required 393.50B Reservoirs required 393.50C Reservoirs required 393.70A Coupling devices and towing methods 393.86A1 Rear impact guards and rear end protection 393.86A2 Rear impact guards and rear end protection 393.86A3 Rear impact guards and rear end protection 393.86A4 Rear impact guards and rear end protection 393.86A5 Rear impact guards and rear end protection 393.86B1 Rear impact guards and rear end protection |
