| Summary of Issue | This request is a result of a Driver/Vehicle Examination Report in which the vehicle was placed out of service due to an air suspension deflated air bag. The driver discovered a suspension system air leak and successfully plugged the leak prior to the inspection and was subsequently placed OOS after the inspection was completed. |
