If an "allied member" makes an inquiry concerning bylaws etc., they should first be directed to their lead MCSAP agency or lead MCSAP agency should be advised prior to release of information. |

If the agency is an enforcement agency associated by allied status, the inquiry be redirected to the member jurisdiction or at least advise the member jurisdiction of the inquiry before any information is released from CVSA headquarters. |
