| Summary of Issue | Safetynet shows section 392.9 as a driver load securement violation, yet 392.9 shows up in the vehicle portion of the out of service criteria. Therefore, if an inspector looks in the OOSC under load securement, he/she believes the vehicle can be placed out of service. The vehicle cannot be placed out of service for a driver violation.......the vioalation would have to occur under 393.100 area to be placed OOS. Either SafetyNet or the OOSC has to be changed. |
