| Summary of Issue | Drivers placed OOS for 391.11 via ELP assessment failure, do not know where or how to find guidance to rectify the violation. Drivers know that if they have HOS OOS violations, vehicle OOS violations, or CDL/Medical Certification OOS violations, there are clear actions to take to rectify and "legalize". Today, 6/26/25 I placed a driver Out of Service for failing "Step 2" of the assessment and did not have guidance to pass on to the driver to rectify the violation. |
