| Summary of Issue | The Policy and Regulatory Affairs Committee's Reauthorization Task Force discussed the possibility of housing compliance review forms online in one place for motor carriers to access. The Task Force decided that this was an issue that should be looked at by the Information Systems Committee not considered as a reauthorization policy. |
| Justification or Need | The concept behind the idea was that if carriers had better access to what would be requested during a compliance review, they would be better able to provide the need documentation for compliance reviews. This has the potential to increase compliance and efficiency of the compliance review process for both enforcement and industry. |
