| Summary of Issue | In 2014 at the CVSA Workshop in Los Angeles the training committee submitted an action item to the Executive Committee to approve changes to Operational policy #4. This was in reference to Cargo Tank Inspections. In the discussion it requested that redundant language relating to Other Bulk Packages be removed. This was overlooked and not completed. |
| Justification or Need | Since this was not changed as originally approved by the Executive Committee it is causing confusion among the membership as to what actually is required/allowed for maintaining Cargo Tank Inspection Certification. Therefore,it should be resolved as soon as possible to avoid any further confusion to the membership. |
