| Summary of Issue | Non-manufactured holes or cracks in the service portion of brake chambers. |
| Justification or Need | High, could possibly harm the inspector if the chamber swings completely open or apart during the measurement portion of the inspection. |
| Request for Action | Include this in the OOS as a stand alone OOS if damage is severe enough that the chamber is opening up upon application. And in the 20% criteria as 1 defective brake, if the damage is just non-manufactured holes. Attached are several photos with what I have described. |
