| Summary of Issue | Out of Service Criteria Part 1 Driver, #11 titled: DRIVER'S RECORD OF DUTY STATUS-US. 11c titled: Hours of Service Out-of-Service Order states that a Driver violating any roadside out-of-service order regarding hours of service.(395.13(d)(1)) Declare the driver out-of-service for ten (10) consecutive hours. I'm requesting that the Out-of-Service criteria be changed to differentiate between Property- Carrying Vehicles (10) hours OOS, and Passenger-Carrying Vehicles (8) hours OOS |
