| Summary of Issue | Emergency Exits on Buses. PVI course in Module 3 ,Step 10 has a worksheet to use to determine compliance with bus exit space requirements. A question has risen when a Master Instructor from NTC made a comment in their instruction of the coursse that even if one emergency exit is inoperable can't open) the bus is to be placed OOS. |
