| Summary of Issue | We need to know the rules and regulations in respect to doing emergency flagging of a breakdown or accident on the highway. This is only for emergency breakdowns and not construction flagging. Where are the reflectors to be placed or cones and what kind. Things that we need to know are what the law requires, what needs to be done when a large truck breaks down and is in the traffic lanes and so on. Are there standards for setting out the reflector, cones (and there size), hand held light, or and other requirments or suggestions. |
| Justification or Need | This is a very important issue and we need some carification of the rules or training in respect to emergency flagging or emergency set up when you are on the highway. |
| Request for Action | What ever information or direction you may be able to help with. |
