| Summary of Issue | I have a few officers that have lost their Level I certification but are still certified as Level II. These officers were also certified for motorcoach and did enough to stay certified. Example: The conducted 20 motorcoach inspections and only 31 total Level 1 inspections. If they get re-certied as Level I inspectors in this fiscal year and have done 8 motorcoach inspections after re-certification and within this fiscal year, are they still motorcoach certified, or do they have to be re-certified in motorcoach as well? Ops Policy 4 is silent on this type of event. |
| Justification or Need | I need an answer prior to the end of the year. |
| Request for Action | This scenario should be added to Operational Policy 4 in case someone else gets in this same sort of situation. |
