| Summary of Issue | States are suspending drivers licenses and not notifying the drivers state (that issued the license). Carrier runs an MVR on a driver and its useless when states do not report suspensions. How can a carrier keep the public safe when states do not do their job. Some of these suspensions are over 10 years old. |
