| Summary of Issue | Is the following vehicle OOS? The only brake defect was on the right front brake. The defects were as follows: There was a leak at the brake chamber when the brakes were applied. The compressor maintained the audible air loss at the brake chamber. Only one brake or 12% was involved in teh 20% criterion associated with item 1.a.(4) was not exceeded. The brake was operative so OOS item 1.b.(1) associated with the absence of braking action of a steering axle was not a factor. |
