| Summary of Issue | There have been alot of concerns in regards to this bulletin. |
| Justification or Need | The portion of the memo attracting the most attention dealt with painting. While there was agreement that a heavy paint build-up under the lug nuts could cause difficulties, there was apprehension that the note implied any paint at all could spell trouble. Corrosion is also considered a problem and many were worried that the memo was usggesting that no portion of a wheel should be painted. |
