| Justification or Need | There is a vast quantity of sod on pallets that is moved by truck in Florida. There is very little consistency in the securement of this cargo. Enforcement of load securement regulations is made difficult because the sod is constrained in so many different ways. I request a standard means of securing pallets of sod during transportation to help correct this. |
