SafeSpect Email Inspection Report Request

When agencies choose to have DVER emailed to the motor carrier as well as the inspector through SafeSpect administrative options, one email is generated with the motor carrier on the "to" line and the inspector on the "cc" line. This gives carriers a direct line of communication with the inspector for questions and complaints rather than going through the appropriate chain of command or administrative personnel.

For carriers to not receive the email address of every individual who inspects their vehicles.

Requesting that the inspector be sent as a blind carbon copy or the carrier and inspector be sent separate emails.
