| Summary of Issue | Policy 14, page 18, Failure to correct violations/operating an OOS vehicle. There are two violations that address this issue 396.9(c)(2) and 396.9(d(1). We should address both violations here and if both can be written on the same inspection. In the note it says that the out of service will not result in a driver violation. In safespect it only allows 393.9(c)(2) to go against the driver. |
