| Request for Action | I request CVSA members vote to establish a recommended fine amount for drivers who receive citations for 391.11(b)(2) Failing the English Language Proficiency ELP requirements. Once a fine amount is determined, add it to the recommended fine schedule in Operations Policy 17. |
