Summary of Issue

When checking RODS within SafeSpect there is no function to save the eROD file for future reference. Currently, to save the eROD file, the inspector must open the app version on their computer or go to the online version causing additional time and frustration for the inspector.

Justification or Need

It would save the inspector duplication and save considerable amount of time and frustration if SafeSpect automatically saved the file in SafeSpect. Another option is to provide a button where the inspector could have the option to save the file within SafeSpect. By automatically saving the file in SafeSpect, it would also assist the Dataq Analyst when they receive a dataq for HOS violations.

Request for Action

Provide a way for the inspector to save the eRODS file within SafeSpect. I recommend and automatic save when the inspector logs into eRODS or provide a button that the inspector can click on which would save the eRODS file within SafeSpect.
