| Justification or Need | According to eFOTM 3.3.4.1, “If the carrier has been involved in a HM incident, the SA must be expanded to an Onsite Comprehensive review.” In Sentri Part B HM questions # 3 and # 4 ask about HM incidents. Why are these questions in Sentri? Regardless of the answer, it seems the SA should be stopped, but there is no indication of that. |
