| Summary of Issue | Efotm 3.3.12 dealing with calculating the OOS rate is vague and appears to be interpretated differently. The question is when looking at the profile on "qualifying" inspections within the previous 12 months, do we use all inspections (level 1,2,& 5's) within that time period, or do we just use the last three? In addition to that question, when you have less than three inspections and you are unable to inspect vehicles to reach your required sample size, do you enter the inspections that have been completed into Sentri? (Sentri knows that if less than three are entered, no OOS rate will be calculated) |
