| Summary of Issue | I have attached a video that shows a very loose steering component. However, I'm not sure it falls under the current guidance in the OOS criteria. |
| Justification or Need | You will see in the video how loose it is however, it is not a ball and socket or a knuckle so it isn't really covered under 393.209. I think it could possibly be placed OOS using 396.3. |
