| Request for Action | Lighting suppliers to work with CVSA to establish procedures for testing lighting for meeting lighting requirements as defined in FMVSS 108, where one or more LEDs can fail, and the lamp is still meeting those standards. This is to support CVSA to create guidance on acceptable lamp lighting. This work may also result in action to petition the federal government to restrict non-compliant lamps. |
