| Summary of Issue | Officer was conducting an inspection on a hydraulic brake vehicle with electric assist. As seen in the video, the entire assembly is loose. There "tight" enough that the electric assist was still coming on, however, noticeable play. There was one securing nut missing and the other was considerably loose. There is no OOS condition for this. |
| Justification or Need | There is an OOS criteria for loose compressor mounting or cracked/broken mounting brackets but none for hydraulic system components. Once this completely detaches, there will be a failure of the service brake system. |
| Request for Action | Create an OOS condition for these brake system components being loose. |
