| Summary of Issue | Our system does not meet the current requirements of FMCSR 393.126(D)(2). |
| Justification or Need | Our system allows an ISO Container, used for storage and modular buildings to be lifted, transported and delivered with ease by turning the container or modular building into it own trailer. Our system uses a new method of technology to transport the containers which does not require large trucks or trailers to transport. Using our new method reduces the carbon foot print and is more economical for companies to use. Our new style of container transportation system has been used for years and has been proven to be safe. |
