| Summary of Issue | Violation codes referenced in the OOSC are not available within ASPEN. OOSC Part 3.b.(3) references 383.25(a)(6) when a driver is found to be transporting hazardous materials while operating with a CLP. OOSC Part 3.b.(4) references 383.25(a)(5)(I) and 383.25(a)(5)(ii) when a driver is found to be operating a vehicle requiring a "P" or "S" endorsement while possessing a CLP. These 3 sections within Part 383 are not available for inspectors to select and cite on a roadside inspection. |
