| Justification or Need | Situation: During an inspection the power unit trailer supply valve failed to close before pressure dropped below 20 psi in either primary or secondary system. Attempted to cite Violation 393.43(b), however it was not listed in ASPEN. 393.43(b) is shown in the OOSC under Tractor Protection System as the appropriate violation citation number. Violation 393.43(b) Inoperable or missing tractor protection system components including a tractor protection valve and/or trailer supply valve. |
