| Summary of Issue | We are having issues with DEF fluid tanks with dripping fluid. When this fluid has skin contact it causes Nausea and vomiting. The fluid has hit the surface and bounced off causing skin and made inspectors suddenly nauseous. This fluid has a MSDS that states it should not come into skin contact. Short of wearing a complete HAZ-MAT suit on all inspections it may be impossible to avoid skin contact on dripping fluids. |
| Justification or Need | This is causing inspectors to become nauseous and vomiting and should be address for safety. |
| Request for Action | There needs to be a violation concerning the DEF Fluid, be it the tank inspection or if evidence of possible leaking. Safety for inspectors is the number 1 priority for the CVSA. |
