| Summary of Issue | OOSC Part I Section 2(a) needs to be edited. The note currently states: \"Is not licensed\" includes, but is not limited to: improper class, expire, canceled, revoked, disqualified, suspended, or withdrawn\". |
| Justification or Need | Inspectors routinely refer to the CVSA OOSC for the correct section to write on an inspection report. It is very important that the correct sections be used so that the inspection process maintains uniformity. |
| Request for Action | This is now in conflict with Training Bullentin: Suspended Driver License Violations issued by FMCSA and effective July 20, 2012. The OOSC note needs to be edited so that uniformity of enforcement of suspended licenses is maintained. |
