| Summary of Issue | I have asked three different state enforcement supervisors and one federal investigator for guidence concerning the OOS criteria as it relates to expired or not it possession medical card when an inspection is done. Does the criteria require a passed history of the violation before the driver can be placed OOS or can the driver be placed OOS for the violation noted on the inspection with no passed history of the violation be recorded. |
