| Summary of Issue | 2) Shock absorbers, brackets, bolts and Bushings. |
| Justification or Need | These are another contentious item that seems to have been missed and play a very important role in the handling and especially steering of a truck. I’m sure all have seen situations where they are missing, there is no fluid left in them, bushings are worn or missing and sometimes I’ve even seen where the brackets have been removed completely, especially on the air suspension systems. |
| Request for Action | Please consider these items and give direction as to what degree they affect the handling and possibly clarify as to an Out of Service condition on some axles or not. |
