| Summary of Issue | Attached are two different type of spring assemblies. A spring hanger and and equalizer type hanger. If the rebound bolt shown in the pictures is loose, broken or missing, is it a violation under 393.207(a) or should it be recorded under 396.3(a)(1). Are we even identifying this part correctly? |
