| Summary of Issue | Item 1 (5) (b) in part II of the OO'S does not flow properly when teaching the full and half brake measurement defects. Normally, one explains fully how to use a tool then lets people try it. In this instance the tool is the reference charts. We have part of the explanation then the tool then more explanations on how to use those mesurements. |
| Justification or Need | If Item 1(5)(b) and the notes were right after 1(5)(a) it seems the explanations would flow better. We would not have to flip a couple of pages when it comes time to clarify it to recruits. |
