| Summary of Issue | My complaint is in regards to an OOS violation that one of my drivers had received on 10-17-2007, to which I believe to be incorrect. We received two (2) - 393.47(e) violations that are each listed has out of service on my companies safety rating profile. Only one (1) violation should be marked as OOS since they are both part of the CVSA 20% OOS brake criteria. |
