| Justification or Need | The justification is that it is not written anywhere. There is a need to clarify this to all certified bus inspectors. |
| Request for Action | I suggest adding the following phrase in the next version of the North American Standard Out-of-Service Criteria: For purposes of this item, the terms wiring and cabling have the same meaning. Also, in the meantime, could we send out an official notice and/or write a explanation about that in the Guardian. |
