| Justification or Need | With the new cargo securement regulations clarifying a majority of the gray areas within the regulations, the North American Standard Cargo Securement Tie-Down Guidelines became a redundant document. By incorporating the few parts of the Guidelines that were not redundant, the consolidation into the OOSC will become more useful to the end user. |
