| Summary of Issue | In Part II of the OOSC adjustable axles are list in Item 4. Frame, under "c.". New inspectors, as well as experienced ones often have problems locating a suspension violation (393.207(b)) and possible OOS condition within the frame (393.201) area of the OOSC. |
