| Summary of Issue | Court challenges in regards to brake OOS finding are being made in PA because the pressure levels given in FMCSR Appendix G to Subchapter B - Minimum Periodic Inspection Standards are seemingly lower (80 - 90 psi) as opposed to the 90- 100 psi outlined in the OOSC. |
