Senators Introduce HOS Bill

On December 20, Senators Ayotte (R-NH) and Johanns (R-NE) introduced legislation (S.1891) that would suspend the current hours of service (HOS) 34-hour restart provision, until FMCSA has completed their field study provision and the Government Accountability Office can conduct a review of that study.
