Industry Compliance Review Preparation Course
August 4-6, 2026 / Omaha, Nebraska
Industry Compliance Review Preparation Course
A compliance review is an examination of an interstate motor carrier’s operations and its compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) and applicable Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR). The review can vary in scope and is contingent on roadside activity data. Additionally, the review gathers critical safety data needed to assess the carrier’s safety performance and basic safety management controls.
This training course will prepare motor carriers for a future compliance review in accordance with the FMCSRs and HMRs and provide resources to assist motor carriers in establishing necessary policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the safety regulations. This course will also provide motor carriers with an enforcement perspective when reviewing files and documentation for compliance.
