Kevin joined CVSA in 2023 after 29 years of law enforcement service in Vermont. He spent his last 21 years serving the Department of Motor Vehicles as a commercial vehicle enforcement inspector where he retired with the rank of captain. As the commander of the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit, Kevin prioritized improving infrastructure protection and commercial motor vehicle safety. Prior to joining law enforcement, Kevin proudly served the United States Army, which included a deployment during Operation Desert Storm. Kevin is a graduate of the 259th class of the FBI National Academy and served as vice president of the FBI National Academy Associates New England Chapter.
