CVSA Submits Comments to NPRM on Rear Impact Protection Guards

On July 2, CVSA submitted comments (PDF) (opens in a new tab) in response to the NPRM proposing to rescind the requirement that the rear impact guard be permanently marked or labeled with a certification from the impact guard manufacturer.
