CVSA Submits Comments on NPGA HOS Exemption Application

On Aug. 15, CVSA submitted (PDF) (opens in a new tab) comments on the application (PDF) (opens in a new tab) from the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) for an exemption from various hours-of-service (HOS) requirements. CVSA recognizes that waiving HOS requirements can be necessary under extenuating emergency circumstances for drivers responding to emergencies but does not support NPGA’s exemption request.
