CVSA Sends Letter to PHMSA Regarding the Transportation of Lithium Batteries

On April 22, CVSA sent (PDF) (opens in a new tab) a letter to the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) to recommend a series of changes to how lithium batteries are regulated, as well as additional guidance for emergency responders.
