David joined CVSA in 2023 as audit and investigation specialist. He has 28 years of experience with vehicle registration, legislation, enforcement and administration of commercial transportation programs. Prior to joining CVSA, David implemented South Carolina’s Performance and Registration Information Systems Management, Commercial Vehicle Information Exchange Window, and Commercial Vehicle Information Systems and Networks programs, among others. He also worked with the South Carolina Trucking Industry Task Force, South Carolina Motor Carrier Advisory Committee, SCDOT Safety Maintenance Council and other organizations.
