CVSA Submits Comments to NPRM on § 396.9(d)(3)

On July 2, CVSA submitted comments (PDF) (opens in a new tab) in response to the NPRM removing the requirement that motor carriers and intermodal equipment providers sign and return a completed roadside inspection form to the issuing state agency. The NPRM is in response to CVSA’s petition (PDF) (opens in a new tab) from April 2, 2024.
