CVSA Submits Comments to HM-265 NPRM

On April 9, CVSA submitted (PDF) comments in response to PHMSA’s notice of proposed rulemaking (PDF) (opens in a new tab) (NPRM) seeking stakeholder feedback on proposed revisions to the Hazardous Materials Regulations intended to enhance the safe transportation of hazardous materials in commerce.
