CVSA Submits Comments on the Review of Existing Guidance Documents

On Sept. 26, CVSA submitted (PDF) (opens in a new tab) comments in response to the notice (PDF) (opens in a new tab) of review of guidance from FMCSA regarding the agency’s regular review of existing guidance documents. CVSA identified several instances where the regulatory guidance needs to be updated or clarified, in addition to recommending FMCSA considers soliciting feedback on regulatory guidance on a rolling basis, by each part of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
